This one-day class will build on the techniques you learned in my first class. In the morning I will be demonstrating the new techniques, and the afternoon will be for trying these techniques out on your plates. We will also be making a book from a large sheet of paper that we will gel print on using various techniques.
New techniques that will be covered in this class:
- Making a multiple layered print with registration
- Faux chine collé
- Image transfers
- Painterly prints using a brush
- Texture plates using metal tape
- Texture plates using fun foam
- Glue gun stencils
- Printing a large sheet of paper using small plates
